Christy is a succulent, adventurous and determined womyn from Basalt, Colorado who consistently strives to challenge herself. She graduated from Gallaudet University with a B.A. in Criminology and Sociology. After surviving 33 days as a contestant on CBS's Survivor: The Amazon (2003), Christy created a children's television show called Christy's Kids: Challenge Yourself. She is passionate about making a difference, challenging others to believe in themselves, and seeing the world. |

Pro-active, energetic and dedicated to promoting awareness, Dave strives to improve communication access and opportunities for deaf and hard of hearing communities across the globe. A native of Rochester, NY he holds a B.A. in Sociology and an A.A.S. in ASL/English Interpreter Preparation. Dave believes the power of education is an essential tool for eliminating ignorance and aims to be an intermediary of cultural understanding between deaf and hearing worlds. djustice@discoveringdeafworlds.org |

A lifelong advocate, perpetual traveller, and visionary, Davin hails from Rochester, NY and holds a BA in Liberal Arts from Sarah Lawrence College. After spending nearly a year teaching deaf university students in China, he realized his passion- to improve the lives of deaf people around the world. Christine is a Project Manager/Web Developer for SiteBrandBuilder who jumped on board with Discovering Deaf Worlds in their early stages of development. In addition
to playing an instrumental role in the creation of DDW's website, Christine manages all website updates when DDW is on the road. She is also the "go-to" person for marketing and advertising
support. Christine received a B.S. degree from S.U.N.Y. Oswego and a M.S. degree from the University of Rochester. |
