Located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, the Deaf Development Programme (DDP) offers basic education, vocational training, community development and social services for over 500 deaf people in Cambodia.   DDP is also working with the local deaf community in Cambodia on the development of Khmer Sign Language and interpreter training.

DDW is promoting DDP programs that provide vocational and independent living skills to isolated deaf youth in Cambodia.  Tour participants can connect with DDP on a DDW Journey to Cambodia.
