On this DDW Journey to Cambodia, you will learn about the inspirational Vocational Training Program provided by Epic Arts.  Deaf people in Cambodia are often marginalized, neglected or physically abused by their families.  In response to this, Epic Arts is currently training 11 deaf and/or disabled youth to become dance/art instructors for both able-bodied and disabled people in Cambodia. Come learn about how Every Person Counts (EpiC), and join Epic Arts in showing the world the amazing things people can do when given the opportunity.

polaroid-cambodia"Cambodia was truly life-changing!  I left for home wanting to do something more for deaf adults and children in Cambodia, and plan to return every two years to volunteer!  I have been to Southeast Asia four times in the past, but traveling with DDW made this trip the most memorable by connecting me with many deaf leaders and members I probably would not have met otherwise. I would most definitely join another DDW Journey in the future!"
